If you have a idea on a web set contact me and I will see what I come up with ,thank you and please enjoy your visit..My Terms To using these Linkware Sets...Here (Help needed to downloading the websets below ) My Terms Most of these Websets are to be used for Non-Profit web sites only..Meaning nothing is to be offered for sell " Not Sure...... then please ask " If you decide to use the art work of any artist On A Website for a Profit .....You Must Obtain A Special , Written, Licence from the Artist ... 1. These Web Sets are offered as Linkware. This means you must place a link back to Touch A Memory Graphics at www.touchamemory.com ----------- Touch A Memory graphics may not be redistributed, claimed as your own creations, or given away in any manner. You may not display our graphics in part or pieces and offer them as downloads from your Website. One Websets can not be mixed or matched to another Webset ------------ You may not use our sets in any pay or member-only sites such as MSN groups, Yahoo groups, or any other members-only site where we cannot view without joining.I have found in the past people using parts and pieces changing the Webset ,graphics sizes in such a way that renders them quite ugly..... ------------- Our graphics and html may not be used in any manner to create your own graphics or sets! ----------- 2. You do not have to use the Title on these Set ,nor do you have to use all the buttons or the same layout,you MAY how ever copy the HTML code , but it is for the people that are using the set ------------ 3. DO NOT cut,crop,resize or Take any of the images in the set to make other web set ---------- 4.All Credits,Links must stay attached on each page the graphics are used ---------- The Artist are kind enough to give permission .And in order to continue being able to make the beautiful web sets using their ART, all copyright must be followed .This means proper Credit and a link back to their site must be put on each page their art is used.... My time has been spend creating these sets, Free for your use .I would love to see how you have used it ...email me with your URL so I may visit your site .I do not thank that is to much to ask ,do you.... By using any of our graphics sets you indicate that you understand and accept our terms of use and agree to be legally bound by them. No Image is used without the Artist permission,if you agree to these rules then feel free to use these Sets for your own personal use.. Thank You for Considering using a Webset by Touch A Memory Last Updated feburary5,2008 Need Help in downloading the websets Choose the Webset you would like to use.There are two Alternative ways to download the graphics to your own harddrive(.Please do not link to my graphics,this is called Bandwidth theft) Click on the thumbnail of your choice,the full webset will open in a new window.Right click on each graphic piece choose Save As TO UPLOAD THEM TO YOUR OWN SERVER....Or you can download the zip file located on each webset ,this file will include all the graphics used and also the HTML code for the webset( Some older sets may not have a zip file posted on the webset, if this is the case email me and I will then place a zip file for you to download)....Credits is placed on each webset who has allowed the use of thier art work as graphics or to the photographer who has taken the photo.These credits must be left in place do not delete...
