Flowers bright and graceful adorn the
table
Inside her homes front door.
Speaking silent words of promise
Her
gentle heart longs to explore.
In the shadowed doorway stands
a child
imprisoned by tortured memories.
Longing to reach out and embrace,
The
promise those flowers quietly bring.
Fear threatens to engulf her
Yet, within her
heart she knows.
Courage has wings to lift her spirit,
Above the shadows
encircling her soul.
In her grasp lie hope and promise,
Their
seeds take root within her tender heart.
As a subtle transformation turns her
life,
Into a timeless work of art.
